IQ-Parts - Repair clamp HS-1 | 1-piece | Stainless Steel AISI 304 (1.4301)
The HS-1 repair clamp | 1-piece consists of one piece without loose parts and is suitable for all types of pipes. The HS-1 is also suitable as a connecting clamp between 2 pipes.
Use the HS-1 repair clamp if a pipe has a crack, is broken, if a hole has been drilled in it or if the pipe has become porous in a certain place.
The HS-1 repair clamp is made entirely of material 1.4301 (V2A stainless steel, AISI 304). The stainless steel repair clamp is equipped with a complete all-round seal for water pressure up to 20 bar and gas pressure up to 6 bar. The sealing rubber complies with the important drinking water regulations from Germany DVGW (KTW, W 270 and W 534), Great Britain (WRAS) and France (ACS).
Select the rubber seal that best suits your application in the menu at the top right:
EPDM seal:
- Resistant to heat, ozone and ageing.
- -40 °C to +130 °C (short-term +150 °C)
- General use in brake fluids (glycol-based) and hot water
NBR sealing:
- Resistant to alcohols, hydrocarbons, fuels, hydraulic oils, mineral oils and greases, hot water and diluted acids and alkalis
- -30°C to +120°C
For pipes up to Ø61, the clamps have a tolerance range of 4 mm and up to Ø105 mm of 7 mm, and above Ø105 mm a tolerance range of 10 mm. The HS-1 are available in lengths of 100, 150, 200, 250, 300 and 400 mm. Longer lengths are available on request.
When connecting PE and PVC pipes, a support sleeve must always be used. Please contact our customer service for this.
